Emptoris 5.2 Upgrade Changes

The Emptoris version 5.2 is a maintenance release with the primary purpose to improve usability of the tool (more efficient handling of large amounts of data). In addition to the expected usability improvements, listed below are the significant changes you will see with the 5.2 upgrade:
- Attachment size is increased to 5 MB (was 2.5 MB).
- Ability to import more than 1000 line items at a time.
- Resend Messages - users can resend messages from their 'Sent Messages' screen to original recipients.
- Icons for Submitted Responses changed (Buyer and Supplier interfaces). For Items the Icon remains a red B & for Questions the Icon is now a blue R.
- Creating Business Volume Discount (Supplier Interface). Used to have to provide a price bracket for Business Volume Discounts but now only need to provide a bottom price.
- Search RFx function has been enhanced to include “open” and “close” dates.
