Now you are ready to view and respond to the auction. To decline the invitation, select the red decline button. This will remove the auction from the RFx screen and send a notification back to the buyer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining line items contained within the auction or to place another bid on the same line item.

Bidding with multibid:

Select the "show advanced mode" to display additional options to simplify the bidding process by resizing the bid form, and setting/clearing values uniformly across each column. If these options aren’t relevant for this auction, then do not select "show advanced mode".

Set the bid action for each line item by typing in your bid in the cell under the price per unit column for each line item. Select the red save bid button, submitting bids for respective line items to the buyer. Drag the scroll bar to the right to verify that your bid was submitted successfully.

Select the all bids tab to display all the bids that have been placed within the auction.

You may view all messages sent by the buyer or create a message to send to the buyer.
