Accessing an IBM request

Once you have entered the application, you will see a list of RFxs (RFI, RFP, RFQ or Reverse Auction) which you have been invited to respond. In order to respond, you will need to accept the terms and conditions of the request. If you accept the terms and conditions, you can then open the request and respond to the requirements.
