Roles and responsibilities

• Buyer: Creates and maintains BOMs at the proper EC level.
• Contract Manufacturer (CM): Provides RFQ responses and price updates.
• Global Commodity Manager (GCM): IBM Division person(s) responsible for the IBM ECAT Card or Box cost.
• Support : IPD support for A-Source for Multi BOM upload and General help.
