The following explains how to register and access SQMS II in the Supply Portal:
- You need an IBM Registration userid and password to access the IBM Supply Portal.
- Once registered, go to the Supply Portal and log into MyPortal:MyFunctions.
- Use the functions under User to perform the needed operation.
- Once you have obtained access, SQMS should be listed under your application list and you will be able to select/access the application.
Note: Field help is available on each panel in Registration. It can be accessed by clicking the field title to the left of the input box.
