IBM, Partners Announce Check Image World

Users Group Helps Financial Institutions Leverage CPCS Infrastructure

CHARLOTTE, NC - 24 Mar 2004: IBM and several of its key financial services Business Partners announced the formation of a users group focused on Check 21 and CPCS infrastructure. Check Image World will be held at the Paris Hotel, in Las Vegas. Check Image World is the first industry users group conference to bring all the latest technology surrounding Check 21 to the technicians and developers involved in check imaging, teaching and sharing the tools and skills needed to benefit the most from the investment in a CPCS infrastructure. While the industry buzz is about revolution, IBM and its partners will demonstrate how to achieve a high return, low risk implementation of CPCS.

Check Image World is a free conference, comprised of two half-day sessions, Monday afternoon May 17th and Tuesday morning, May 18th, at the Paris Hotel where BAI TransPay is being held. For attendees of TransPay, an extra day spent in Las Vegas to participate in Check Image World will give participants an up-to-date perspective on the technical side of Check 21 needs. IBM and its partners will also host an important CPCS Update session, the only place this year to discuss your CPCS concerns with your peers and IBM in open forum.

All registered attendees of Check Image World are invited to a private Casino Night on Monday, May 17th, where you can learn popular casino games. In addition, there will be a private preview reception on the BAI TransPay show floor Tuesday, May 18th from 5:00pm-6:30pm, allowing you be the first to see the show floor and browse in a relaxed, quiet environment.
