 Technology is transforming the fan experience at the 2013 US Open tennis tournament. For over 20 years, IBM and the United States Tennis Association have collaborated to connect fans -- no matter where they are located -- to every serve, volley and point during the event. The immersive and interactive digital US Open experience is enabled by a combination of IBM analytics, cloud computing, mobile and social technologies that go beyond basic scores and stats to provide real-time insights into the action on the courts.
