Consistent with its efforts to drive collaborative innovation and foster business model transformation within the energy and utilities industry, IBM announced at GridWeek 2008 in Washington, D.C. that five new members -- including one each from India and Denmark and three from the United States -- have joined the Global Intelligent Utility Network Coalition and that IBM has joined the Electric Power Research Institute's IntelliGrid® program.
