IBM, a leading provider of self-service technologies and services, unveiled new self-service innovations, a new services unit and a new business partner program that will help companies in a number of industries provide entirely new levels of convenience to consumers. In a recent IBM survey of 1,000 people, 70 percent said they expect businesses to offer more self-service options.
