Paul's global team is comprised of business strategists, creative directors and designers, data scientists, customer experience researchers from IBM Research, and technology specialists all skilled in the latest digital, mobile, social, analytics, and cloud technologies. His organization includes a global network of Interactive Experience Labs where clients engage in innovation and exploration workshops, develop accelerated visioning, discuss best practices/latest trends, and collaborate in the execution of their projects.
Paul is a dynamic senior executive with a proven track record for growth. He works with global C-suite executives on customer experience and digital transformation programs. He has nearly 25 years of experience in professional services and deep specialization in Digital Transformation, e-Commerce, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Analytics. In 2013, he was ranked as one of the top CRM Influential Leaders by CRM Magazine and named the “King of Commerce.” Prior to joining IBM in 2002, Paul was a Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has held multiple leadership roles throughout his career.
