    IBM employees at the company's offices in New York City discuss next-generation Watson cloud apps that will be developed by the IBM Watson Group, a new IBM business unit headquartered in the heart of New York City's Silicon Alley, on Thurs., January 9, 2014. The Watson Group will develop products and collaborate with start-ups on cloud-based cognitive apps and services powered by Watson. The Watson Group will focus on R&D and commercialization of software, services and apps that think, improve by learning and discover answers to complex questions by analyzing massive amounts of Big Data.
