Full biography

Courtney Allen leads the New Zealand Marketing, Communications & Corporate Citizenship function, which is responsible for driving IBM New Zealand's country strategy as well as marketing planning, demand generation, advertising, sponsorship, brand relevance, workforce enablement, external relations, and corporate citizenship programmes.  Courtney has been with IBM since 2000 and has held a variety of roles within the Marketing & Communications function, both in New Zealand as well as Australia.  Prior to IBM, Courtney gained experience in a variety of marketing and communications roles in the not-for-profit, financial services and communications sectors.

Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts (major in Anthropology) from Pomona College in the United States and a postgraduate diploma in Business Communications from Massey University.  Outside of work, Courtney enjoys exercising, reading, baking, indulging in fine food and wine and spending time with her family.
