Full biography
Daryl Fowles is IBM New Zealand's Sales Management Support Manager. In this role Daryl manages the Sales Management Support and Sales Transaction Hub Teams, which provides administrative and operational support to the New Zealand Managing Director and the New Zealand Sales Managers.
Daryl began his career with IBM South Africa in 1996 and has held a variety of senior roles within IBM South Africa and IBM New Zealand. In South Africa, he was the Business Operations Manager for Global Technology Services Strategic Outsourcing and Application Services divisions. Four years ago Daryl moved to New Zealand to take up the role of Sales Operations Manager for the New Zealand Systems and Technology Group.
Outside of IBM, Daryl is closely affiliated with Alpha New Zealand and participates in their programs both locally and internationally. Most recently travelling to India as part of their Global Alpha Training programme. Daryl is a keen sportsman, playing soccer, cricket and golf but is quick to admit that the game of golf is very much his Achilles’ heel.
