Full biography
John has over 20 years of project and programme management experience on major IT projects in the commercial and government sectors with a strong focus on transport. John has significant experience throughout the full life cycle of road user congestion charging projects and has performed systems assurance audits on a number of ITS projects around the world. John recently led IBM’s bid team for the Queensland Motorways Free Flow Tolling project and has been involved in a number of ITS projects in a strategic advisory capacity. John is also part of the Global ITS team and represents IBM on several industry forums – both in Queensland and nationally.
