Full biography
Ian is the General Manager for the General Business Sector of IBM Australia & New Zealand, which accounts for a third of the IT, Services and Business Consulting market.
Previously, Ian spent five years as the General Manager with overall responsibility for IBM’s business in Queensland. Under his tenure, the business doubled in size. During this time, he sat on the State Government’s Ministerial ICT Advisory Board, the AIIA State Board and on Queensland’s Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation State Steering Committee and several other community groups. He was a founding sponsor with Queensland Leaders, an organisation established to mentor and develop Queensland based companies.
