Full biography
Dominic McHugh is the Vice President of IBM’s Managed Business Process Services (MBPS) in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Dominic is responsible for all aspects of our MBPS business including sales, business development, solutions development, account management and delivery.
Dominic brings significant sales and management experience to the role with 22 years experience across IBM’s businesses, including over 15 years in Global Technology Services (GTS). Dominic also has broad industry experience, particularly in Financial Services and Communications Sectors.
He has most recently been on assignment in Zurich, Switzerland in the role of Strategic Outsourcing (SO) Base Growth Leader and Client Solutions Director for IBM GTS in Northeast Europe.
Prior to taking on the position of VP, MBPS in October 2008 and his recent Northeast Europe roles, Dominic held a number of senior executive positions across IBM’s international operations including:
- IBM SO and eBusiness Hosting Sales Leader – IBM Asia Pacific
- IBM GTS Financial Services Sector Leader, Australia/NZ
- IBM GTS Client Solutions Executive, Telstra Account
- IBM GTS Communications and Utilities Sector Leader, Australia/NZ
- IBM GTS Small and Medium Business Services Sales Leader
Dominic was born in Scotland and holds an MA from the University of Glasgow in Economics and Pure Mathematics.
