Register for PartnerWorld

In order to access PartnerWorld as an individual, you must create your own IBM ID and then associate it with your company. To do this, you must obtain a company-unique token from your Authorized Profile Administrator (APA). Your APA is typically your program administrator or skills certification contact at your company. If you do not know your APA, you can contact PartnerWorld Contact Services for assistance at 1-800-426-9990, option 0.

If you have been approved for the IBM Business Partner Trial Program and received your IBM Trial ID, then you can request a Userid and Password to access the Business Partner website by sending us an email (mensoll@ca.ibm.com or gloriaw@ca.ibm.com). This ID/Password will be valid for your trial period. Upon successful completion of the Trial Program, you will be asked to follow the process below to obtain your own personal IBM ID/Password.

If you have your company-unique token, associate yourself by following these instructions:

1. Make sure you have your IBM ID available. You can get your IBM ID from IBM Registration.

2. Associate yourself with your company's location profile.

3. Login using the IBM ID and password you just created

4. Enter the company-unique token into the Company token field (you can get this from your company's APA, if you do not know your APA, please contact PartnerWorld Contact Services for your Company token at 1-800-426-9990, option 0)

5. Click the Submit button.

It may take up to 48 hours to completely activate your access.

You must be approved to associate yourself with the company. The APA may need to approve this request manually in PPS. Or, if the approval has been set to "automatically accept," you should receive an enablement email with further instructions within two hours.
