Biography

Jean Staten Healy manages a marketing and business development organization with the responsibility for IBM Linux strategy across all company brands. In this role she coordinates the cross-company strategy for Linux including the achievement of revenue goals, ensures rapid response to changes in the market environment and acts as the IBM spokesperson in the Linux space.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Staten Healy was the Director of Marketing Strategy in the IBM Software Group, Director of Business Development and Regulatory Affairs in the IBM Systems and Technology Group, Director of Innovation Initiatives at IBM Corporate Headquarters, and the IBM Customer Advocate in the Office of the Chairman and CEO. In addition, she has held management positions in the IBM Global Services Group. Ms. Staten Healy has lived and worked in Asia.

She holds a M.A. degree in theoretical linguistics and a J.D. with a certificate of concentration in International Law. Ms. Staten Healy is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut and is a published author on various legal topics.

Biography

Mr. Kneafsey is founder and CEO of Options IT, a provider of private financial cloud services to the global financial community. Mr. Kneafsey launched Options IT in 1993 as a provider of outsourced IT services to the investment banking industry. He quickly expanded Options IT's client roster to include asset management firms, hedge fund managers, private equity firms and brokerage firms.

In 2000, Mr. Kneafsey oversaw the development and launch of the Options PIPE platform, Options IT's global private cloud services platform. Designed and implemented to optimize Options IT's operational processes and to minimize what Mr. Kneafsey viewed as significant and systemic inefficiencies in the financial sector's IT implementation practices, the Options PIPE platform was the first, comprehensive Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform for financial services firms.

Since 2000, Mr. Kneafsey has presided over the expansion of Options IT into North America in 2004 and Asia in 2006. Stewart Raphael is Business Development Executive for IBM System Networking in IBM's Systems & Technology Group. Prior to joining IBM, Stewart served as Area Vice President Sales for BLADE Network Technologies, acquired by IBM in 2010. Prior to that, Stewart served in executive business development positions targeting Wall Street, major accounts and the financial industry for Force10 Networks, Nortel Networks, and Motorola's Internet and Networking Group, where he was responsible for delivering smart access technologies to connect people and organizations in a world of converged communications. Stewart has a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management and a Ph.D. (ABD) from Stevens Institute of Technology.
