When IBM surveyed 450 CEOs for its report, “Your Turn: The Global CEO Study 2004,” executives said it was paramount to use innovative products and services to grow their businesses. Today, their visions have expanded.

In IBM’s 2006 CEO study, executives are growing their businesses through innovative business operations. Many even cite the importance of revamping supply chains to efficiently replenish stores based on their shoppers’ wants to define the best path to create this new environment, Circuit City tapped the expertise of Armonk, N.Y.- based IBM. The two companies began working together on an in-store technology project in 2004. This project evolved into a business consulting relationship that enables Circuit City to leverage IBM’s Global Business Services consultants when they need help solving complex business issues.
