The greening of government: A study of how governments define the green agenda

The green government movement has only just begun. Around the world, governments are following the private sector example—striving to realize the economic and environmental benefits of decreasing energy consumption. The IBM Institute for Business Value joined with Keystone Strategy, Inc. to conduct a study of the progress governments are making in their efforts to go green.
