"Models Gone Wild — Liberate Your Business!"
This April, hundreds of banking and insurance professionals will attend FS3 2008 to explore ways to leverage industry models to turn traditional information technology "inhibitors" into business "liberators". To free their financial services business from the tyranny of legacy information technology. To accelerate their ability to hit market windows. To realize profitability and growth objectives beyond their wildest expectations. Leveraging the synergy between the long-standing Banking (IFW) and Insurance (IAA) user group conferences, they will come to learn about and share experiences across the wide Financial Services spectrum.
Register by March 17 and save $100! Click here to register
Free education is available to both newcomers and advanced users one day prior to the conference on Monday, April 21 from 2:00 to 5:30PM.
FS3 provides the opportunity to share experiences across the full Financial Services spectrum. With over 20 user experience presentations, attendees will be able to follow either an industry theme (e.g. Banking or Insurance) or a solution theme (e.g. SOA or Data Warehousing). With more than 400 attendees expected, there will be outstanding opportunities to network and discuss best practices across the industry in both business and technical innovation.
An "early bird" conference fee of $895 will be extended to those registered by March 17 ($995 afterwards). The hotel room rate at the event venue (the Boston Park Plaza) is $195 USD plus applicable taxes. All meals will be provided, with the exception of dinner on April 22.
Liberate your business with practical, incremental ways to transform business and systems:
- Bridge the business-to-IT gap through model-driven approaches. Support decision making and regulatory compliance through enterprise information. Accelerate business transformation through component business modeling, business process re-engineering and simulation. Evolve business models and IT solutions in tandem. Tie business analysts, IT architects, integrators and developers together through a common vocabulary.
- Liberate your business: enable innovation. Shift IT investment from maintenance of legacy systems to new capabilities. Deploy enterprise-wide reusable components across traditional boundaries. Improve decision making and achieve better customer insight through an enterprise-wide data management infrastructure.
- Manage enterprise transformation. Govern data and SOA through reference models. Provide specialized points of view to simplify complexity. Bring together process, service and data definitions for greater consistency.
FS3 features several real world experience presentations hosted by your industry peers, a business fast-track, a packed solutions exhibit, the latest development details and future plans, technical breakouts with tips and techniques relative to model-driven development, access to experts for posing your "what if", "how do I", and "what happens when" questions to IBM industry model experts, and free education for both newcomers and advanced users on April 21 from 2:00 to 5:30PM.
