What is it?
- Provides help with How-To-Use questions & Problem Determination questions for ICLAS, SchoolVista, StudeNTVista, TLC SchoolConnect and IBM courseware
- 1-800 number - unlimited number of calls
- F/S TTS ID
- One F/S TTS ID required per Fileserver
- Up to five people can be registered to make calls
- Hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
- Telephone support only - on-site support is available at an additional charge
- IBM K-12 recommended configurations only. Questions on non-supported configurations, are chargeable via TTS Per Call.
- Remote TTS option available to provide on-line support
- Service is currently available only in English

- Includes remote on-line support via TELNET, FTP, IBM NetFinity and the IBM NetConnect Administrative Client (where possible)
- Service is currently available only in English
