The SAE Global Leadership Conference is an exclusive automotive event for the top automotive executives.
The SAE Detroit Section has held its "Greenbrier" meeting annually since 1950. Historically, it was an opportunity for senior executives from Detroit-based auto companies to discuss strategies, challenges and opportunities facing our industry. Over time, it evolved into "the place to be" every year in mid-October, and provided a unique forum for American auto and supplier companies to meet. However, consolidation, globalization, and dramatic shifts in the responsibilities between OEM and supplier companies called for revitalization of this important industry event. Thus, "SAE Greenbrier" has evolved into the Global Leadership Conference (GLC) to reflect the breadth and depth of the global automotive industry and its supplier community.
Scheduled for October 9-12, the conference will showcase a top-notch selection of speakers.
