Where are Executive Business Institute Open Enrollment courses held?

Executive Business Institute Scheduled Courses are held at the IBM Executive Conference Center located in Palisades, New York, a state-of-the-art learning center with world-class hospitality facilities.

What is your course cancellation policy?

Written notification of withdrawal must be received by the Executive Business Institute at least 14 days before the start of the program. All withdrawals within 14 days of the start of the program are subject to the full program fee.

What is included in the tuition fees?

Tuition for EBI scheduled courses held at our Palisades facilities includes all course materials and meals. Contact us if arrangements need to be made for special dietary requirements.

Lodging is not included in the tuition. A special hotel rate of $140 per night is available to Executive Business Institute participants attending our scheduled courses.

Individual program fees vary depending upon the duration of each course or whether it is offered as an online option.

Credit card payment is preferred. We accept all major credit cards. If paying by other means such as company PO, please contact us to make arrangements.

What do I have to do before I can participate in a webinar?

Check the course description to ensure that you meet the system requirements to be able to run the course. Prior to the start of the course, an e-mail will be sent to you which contains:

• The course web site address (URL). The address will be active only for the duration of the course.
• An attached PDF file of the presentation visuals.
• The telephone number and conference call passcode.

The "webinar" portions of this course are delivered by IBM Web Conferencing which supports presentation display, a "virtual whiteboard", and real-time text chat. Please visit the site for additional information and to attend a test meeting to verify your equipment and connection satisfies the prerequisites.

Can Private Programs be adapted to my organization’s requirements?

Yes! Some organizations might need to create customized Private Programs from one or more of our scheduled courses in order to address specific needs. Please call our consultant to discuss.

Yes! We recognize that it’s often more convenient and cost-effective for our instructors to come to you. You may also want to keep any coursework that deals with your organization, confidential among your own team.
