Job description
- A semiconductor chip cannot do its work without a way to connect to the computer or game or car or whatever it controls. We call the various ways to make this connection "packaging," and I support the engineering that enables microscopic package connections to be made within a ceramic substrate as well as to the chip and other parts of the computer, car, game, etc.
