|
My job is not unlike that of a teacher. As an engineering manager, I have a group of engineers and technicians that work for me. I give my employees their job assignments, make sure they have the tools to do their job (such as a phone, a computer), rate and reward them based on how well they are doing their job, help them stay on schedule, work with them in areas where they can do better, and help them grow by looking for new technical opportunities for them. |
