|
I work with a team of people who are responsible for the quality of the products that we sell to customers. When a customer has a problem, my team receives the information and we work with all the other groups in IBM to fix the problem. Unfortunately depending on what the problem is, this can cost a lot of money. So another part of our job is to make sure we try to find the best fix for the least amount of money. |
