Technical Resolution Manager in the Worldwide zSeries Customer Satisfaction Office. She is responsible for hardware and software resolution management support for critical customer situations. This includes ensuring overall customer satisfaction while maintaining a balance between customer resolution and business objectives for both the customer and IBM.
