Argentina headquarters

IBM's predecessor -- the Computing-Tabulating-Recording Company (CTR) began selling its International Time Recording products (such as dial recorders) in Argentina through a distributor in 1916. CTR opened its own branch office in the country in 1923-1924, and established a new headquarters facility in Buenos Aires in 1928. Today, IBM Argentina's headquarters is housed in this building at Pasaje Ingeniero E. Butty, 275 Capital Federal in Buenos Aires. (VV8005)
