If there ever was a "Main Street IBM," this 1939 view suggests that North Street at the company's facilities in Endicott, N.Y., might have been the place. That year there were approximately 3,800 IBM employees in Endicott -- about a third of the company's total workforce -- and it looks as though every one of them posed for this picture. (VV2253)
