The 25 college graduates who were trained at the IBM Schoolhouse for three months as systems service women are shown here with three instructors at their 1935 graduation in Endicott, N.Y. The women were later assigned to IBM branch offices to assist salesmen in assessing customer requirements and to teach the customer's employees how to use their new IBM equipment. (VV2079)
