If your enterprise leases assets through IBM Global Financing, you can take advantage of Customer Centre, our secure, online lease management tool for tracking and managing all leases associated with those assets. Customer Centre lets you turn large amounts of asset data into meaningful management information, so you can dramatically reduce administrative costs and paperwork, and improve the way you manage every lease throughout its term. And because it's Web-based, Customer Centre lets you manage your lease portfolio any time, anywhere, right through your standard Web browser.

With Customer Centre, you can access key information about leased assets online -- including aggregated reporting and billing information on leased assets located in most countries worldwide -- using secure Internet technology. Customer Centre uses your IBM Global Financing account information to load a detailed record for every leased or financed item, and supports 50 different data fields for each item, so you can:
- Reconcile invoices more quickly and easily
- Look up status on any item, such as:
- Lease inception
- Lease end
- Payment date
- Contract number
- and much more
- Create customized reports to meet your specific needs
- Save report formats
- Print reports
- Export reports to e-mail and other applications
- Create and view reports for ad hoc answers to simple queries, such as:
- "When did we roll out our ThinkPad notebooks?"

To start using Customer Centre, you just need to:
- Be an active leasing customer of IBM Global Financing.
- Sign a Customer Centre Online User agreement.
- Receive password-protected access to your account on Customer Centre.
- For the delivery confirmation module (US only) your PC vendor must be EDI capable.

Enterprise lease customers in the United States can effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of their IT leases administered through IBM Global Financing, from equipment acquisition and lease origination, through end of lease.
Features included in Customer Centre:
- Delivery Confirmation electronically displays purchase and lease acceptance data for assets you have ordered through your normal business process under a lease agreement with IBM Global Financing. Delivery Confirmation Documents (DCDs) are generated after your equipment is shipped and invoiced, and are available online for your review, simplifying and reducing the paperwork and time involved with lease acceptance. Because they are paperless, DCDs eliminate printing, mailing, faxing, copying, sorting, handling and distribution of lease acceptance documents, while permitting convenient online searching, downloading and archiving.
- End of Lease gives you the power to view your end-of-lease assets online and make line-item decisions, so you can reduce time and effort and better control costs. You can view your end-of-lease options online, including lease extensions, renewal for specified periods, purchase price, or conclude-and-return. End-of-lease decisions can be searched, downloaded and submitted to IBM Global Financing online, at the serial-number level, or as a mass update. Because the entire process can now be handled online, it virtually eliminates phone calls, faxes, paperwork, overnight deliveries and delays.
