How is IBM Global Financing being integrated in Global Partner Portal - OM today?
In August 2008, a Request financing from IBM Global Financing button will be added to GPP-OM. A pop-up window will open when you click on the button. For this release of GPP – OM you will be provided with a URL web address to obtain more information on IBM Global Financing, as well as a link to our Rapid online Financing (RoF) web-based tool. The Rapid online Financing tool enables you to provide your clients with instant financing quotes, request credit approvals, and generate financing contracts all from your browser without having to contact IBM directly. How is IBM Global Financing being integrated into Global Partner Portal - OM the future?
In future releases of Global Partner Portal – OM, the Request financing from IBM Global Financing button will initiate the delivery to you of a dynamic IBM Global Financing contract as a pdf file based on the information you submitted in the Global Partner Portal - OM entry. This function will be made available in a phased in country by country approach. This page will be updated to reflect the country availability for the request financing function directly within Global Partner Portal – OM.
