IBM Certified Pre-owned Equipment Bundled with Maintenance

Overview:
IBM Global Financing, in partnership with Global Technology Services is reselling IBM Certified Pre-owned Equipment with bundled maintenance support. There are two (2) offerings currently available:

IBM will sell selected IBM Certified Pre-owned servers with one year of service to end-user customers in both the direct and business partner channels. To qualify for the services coverage, the servers must be installed by or be inspected by IBM and the customer must have a relationship agreement in place with IBM Global Financing. The 12 months of service coverage is not transferable to any other owner.
The bundled hardware and services are presented to the customer as a single price.
To minimize the cost of maintaining these machines, IBM Global Financing has re-furbished these machines with new or like new IBM parts.
Global Technology Services (GTS) will be providing the maintenance services to the end-user. GTS services provides the customer 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, including national holidays, with maintenance coverage at no additional charge during the service period. In parallel, IBM Global Financing provides three months quality satisfaction guarantee, which includes an option for replacement if the purchaser is not completely satisfied.
This offering is limited to retail purchase transactions only.
Terms and conditions:
- GTS services will be available for a period of 12 months from the date the machine is "released" plus ten days
- Only selected IBM Certified Pre-owned servers with expired warranty may qualify for the offering
- GTS requires that the selected IBM Certified Pre-owned servers be installed by or inspected by IBM
- This offering is only available for retail purchase (lease option "P") on the Used Equipment Sales Master Agreement or the Equipment Sales Master Agreement for Resellers
- Each end-user customer is required to have an appropriate relationship agreement (ie...ICA agreement) with IBM Global Financing/IBM
- This offering is available via the direct and business partner channels

EQUIPMENT: These IBM Certified Pre-owned products cannot be reordered once they sell out. IBM Global Financing has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for IBM Certified Pre-owned Equipment, even if IBM Global Financing has confirmed receipt of your order. If you submit an order for IBM Certified Pre-owned Equipment which sells out and the product cannot be fulfilled through existing inventory, IBM Global Financing shall contact you and advise you of the stock outage. Confirmation of orders is not equal to acceptance.
