The Economic Stimulus Portfolio from IGF includes low rates for financing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) projects through our IBM JumpStart rates. This provides for flexible payment plans, fast approvals and a single periodic payment for hardware, software and services.

A few of the options Jumpstart is comprised of; low rate financing on FMV leases with terms from 24 to 60 months; one, two or three month deferrals; or a step payment structure.

To help match cost outlays with expected benefits, the Economic Stimulus Portfolio from IGF includes a Project Financing component to wrap the entire engagement into a complete package. This allows for better management of cash flow for complex projects to help the customer to match budget with expected benefits
