The Term Lease Master Agreement (TLMA/ICA*) is IBM Global Financing's standard contract which contains flexible terms and conditions. With this premier contract your client signs once and can lease at any time. The TLMA supports rollouts, is usually sold face to face and is frequently used in customized contracts.
IBM Global Financing's Term Lease Master Agreement with PC Addendum (TLPC/PC Terms**) provides clients with important terms like serial number decision making and thirty day end-of-lease notification to lessor both of which are very important when dealing with hundreds or thousands of PC leases. It improves lease acceptance efficiency by including monthly or quarterly lease sweeps that allow all the assets acquired during the period to be included in one lease supplement. The TLPC addendum defines the contractual terms specific to PC leasing including insurance, lease inception, and end of lease. Additionally, the addendum provides a lower lease rate over the TLMA alone with minimal extra responsibility on the part of the client.
