Use this cost-effective option to quickly, easily and affordably get IBM's powerful new technology.
Overview
- Available to clients who currently own select IBM System i or System p servers or lease them from IBM Global Financing
- Offers market value credit for your current server to migrate to select Power Systems servers
- Enables you to upgrade your system so you can use the growing array of new peripherals that require the faster Power Systems processor
The credit you receive will be based on the market value established by IBM Global Financing and, if applicable, the type of IBM Global Financing lease for the currently leased servers.
The Power Systems server provided by the IBM Power Systems Exchange offering comes with the same warranty as an equivalent configured new Power Systems server. The IBM Power Systems Exchange allows up to 60 days from the time your new system is installed to perform side-by-side installation and testing before your current system needs to be returned to IBM Global Financing.
