What kind of guarantee comes with my equipment purchase or lease? |

All IBM Certified Used Equipment installed by IBM (unless designated as customer setup by IBM) and placed on an IBM Maintenance Agreement by the end user customer comes with a three (3) month satisfaction guarantee. Most IBM Certified Used PC products are covered by a three (3) month Limited Warranty. However, machine types with the model designation of "Xxx" are covered by a one (1) year Limited Warranty.
Personal Computing 7 Day Money Back Guaranty
Purchases of IBM Certified Used Personal Computing products (desktop computers, desktop printers, desktop monitors, notebooks) can be returned for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) if you call IBM Global Financing at 1-800-334-9693 within seven (7) days after date of receipt. |

Is IBM Certified Used Equipment covered by an IBM service agreement? |
 |
No. End users purchasing IBM Certified Used Equipment can call 1-800-426-SERV (7378) if they wish to have the equipment covered under an IBM service agreement. There is a fee for the service agreement. IBM Certified Used PC products that are considered "post-warranty" are eligible for Maintenance Agreement ServicePacs if the machine is purchased for business or professional use rather than for personal use. How can I track my order? |
 |
Once IBM Global Financing receives your order it will be processed within 48 hours. To track your order after 48 hours, for PCs and accessories call 1-888-SHOP-IBM, select option 1, enter 8733 and for eServers and storage products call 1-866-IBM-USED, select option 1. For IBM Certified Used PC purchases made through ibm.com, UPS tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout after the order has been processed and shipped. |

What do I do if there is a problem with my equipment? |
 |
If there is an issue with your equipment, you must call the Customer Support Center at
1-800-334-9693. You will need to provide the machine type, serial number or the release number of your order (which is located on your Release/Transportation request form). For IBM Certified Used PC products covered by a one (1) year Limited Warranty (models with "Xxx" designation), contact 1-800-426-7378. You need to provide the machine type and serial number of the machine. |

What payment methods are accepted? |
 |
For orders placed through ibm.com, the accepted payment method is credit card. For all other orders, accepted payment is check, wire transfer, company purchase order or leasing. |
