IBM has strategic partnerships in diversity recruiting programs such as INROADS, Entry Point, National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to attract a pool of outstanding candidates.

Project View is IBM's own diversity recruitment program that offers African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Asian, Women and people with disabilities, the chance to be considered for IBM career opportunities nationally. The Corporate Service Corps (CSC) program sends IBMers on four-week project assignments in emerging markets. While there, employees will work within their assigned communities to address socio-economic challenges, and start making a difference immediately.
