Growth-driven profit sharing
To support IBM's focus on profitable growth, the company has introduced the Growth-Driven Profit Sharing program, which is designed to return a portion of revenue and pre-tax profit growth back to the IBMers who helped drive that growth.
Profit-sharing payout per employee will be determined based on annual performance ratings.

All employees with less than 10 years of service earn 15 days of vacation per year. Those with 10 years of service or more earn 20 days of vacation per year.
IBM also offers 12 holidays per year, with six observed nationally. The other six vary according to operational requirements, and include at least one personal-choice holiday.
To help you balance your career with the rest of your life, we also offer flexible work schedules. You can vary your daily arrival time within limits established by local management. Telecommuting and work-week balancing schedules are also available in many business units, with prior management approval.

SoFi refinancing loans allow you to combine existing private and federal student loans into one loan, with one monthly payment at lower rates. One lender. One bill. One monthly payment. IBM 401(k) Plus Plan
Employees who have completed one year of service will receive a dollar-for-dollar match on their 401(k) contributions, up to 5 percent. Employees will be fully vested in all 401(k) contributions, including both their own contributions and IBM matching contributions.
IBM Employees Stock Purchase Plan
IBM's Employees Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers eligible employees the opportunity to invest in IBM stock at 5 percent off the market price on the date of purchase.
Employees may designate between 1 and 10 percent of their pay to purchase IBM stock through automatic payroll deduction, up to a maximum of $25,000 worth of shares in a calendar year.
