IBM has implemented a new global Jobs at IBM web-based solution that connects applicants to an on-demand global marketplace that facilitates an exchange of job interests with available job opportunities. This new solution provides you with the ability to:
- Search and apply to jobs around the world once fully deployed by the end of 2Q 2008.
- Manage your password or retrieve a forgotten password via security questions identified in the registration process.
- Find jobs real-time using two search options. Quick search uses minimal criteria to find jobs fast. Advanced search provides more robust search criteria such as city, location, business group, travel, etc.
- Search for jobs via keyword, Job Area and "hot job" criteria.
- Add jobs to a job basket and apply to multiple like jobs at the same time.
- View your submitted applications and track the status of applications on demand.
- Attach, type or cut & paste resume information into your application.
- Retain key information from one application to another.
- Create and update saved searches.
