Recruiting events for experienced professionals
Project View Plus takes professional networking to a whole new level! This new program builds on the success of Project View, IBM's nationally recognized diversity recruitment program for regular university hiring.
Project View Plus is specifically designed to attract experienced professionals by hosting recruiting events that target under-represented minorities, women and persons with disabilities. These recruiting events bring together IBM hiring managers and skilled, experienced professionals to fill available positions.
How it works
Experienced professionals that are interested in pursuing a career opportunity with IBM should submit an application and resume to attend an upcoming Project View Plus event at a city near them. The Project View Plus team reviews resumes, along with internal job openings, to match a qualified candidate with an available position within IBM. A select number of experienced professionals will be extended an invitation to attend a Project View Plus event if their skills match the current needs of the business.
The Project View Plus events will be held in key cities around the U.S. The agenda for these events will include a keynote address by an IBM executive, along with management introductions and an invitation-only job fair for highly-qualified candidates and managers. While at this elite networking event, IBM hiring managers and professional candidates have an opportunity to talk and learn more about the diverse career paths available within IBM. Following the job fair, IBM hiring managers will be able to schedule formal interviews with the professional candidates that closely match their specific needs.
