Project View

Working at IBM is a matter of shared responsibilities and rewards. It's a place where people from a variety of backgrounds are expected to deliver results individually as well as collaboratively and are rewarded when they do. At IBM you can personally excel and work with colleagues to build the industry's most innovative technologies and solutions. Project View is an IBM U.S. Recruitment initiative designed to offer candidates of diverse backgrounds the opportunity to explore career paths within IBM, although all students are invited to apply. Please note that Project View is a highly competitive and customized program that brings together hiring managers and highly skilled students through invitation-only events.

IBM hosts various Project View events throughout the year. During a Project View event, candidates have the opportunity to network and interview with various members of the IBM recruitment team and IBM hiring managers and executives. Also, candidates are able to meet and speak with members of IBM’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs) which reflect the wide range of diverse constituencies working together to tackle technology problems facing our society today and address the various needs of our clients.

Travel, meals, and lodging are included in this unique one and a half day visit. Only IBM makes a job search this much fun! This program is open to US Citizens or nationals; permanent residents, refugees, asylees or those authorized to work under the amnesty provisions of the US immigration law.
