Diversity recruitment programs

Entry Point is a program developed between the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), IBM, and NASA whose mission is to place students with disabilities in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership. Entry Point college summer and internships combine two to five years of work experience at an organization such as IBM with year-round academic instruction and training.

Students are required to be majoring in technical fields full time and they must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students are required to provide two letters of recommendation, one of which is from a college professor. They must identify the job-related, reasonable accommodations they need, and be authorized to work in the U.S. (i.e. A U.S. citizen or national, permanent work resident, refugee, asylee.)
