Health benefits enrollment: IBM's annual enrollment begins on Thursday, Oct. 29, and ends on Friday, Nov. 20. All of the resources you'll need to research and select your coverage for 2010 are available to you online 24/7 via NetBenefits®. When you log on to NetBenefits, you'll be guided through the interactive research and enrollment process. With the online decision-support tools, PlanCompare and CostCompare, you can customize information to your own needs and preferences.

Employment verification - Allows current and former employees to obtain a written verification of their IBM employment and total compensation information to be released to 3rd parties such as lending institutions or for the employee themselves. Contact the Employee Services Center (ESC) at 800-796-9876 for assistance (VRU fast path option 3, then option 1).

Jobs at IBM - You may be employed as an IBM supplemental employee provided that six months have passed from your date of retirement.

Thomas J. Watson Memorial Scholarship Program - This annual scholarship program is open to children of IBM employees and retirees. Visit 2009 Watson Scholarship winners for current information about the 2009 class of winners. Applications will be accepted for the 2010 Watson Scholarship program beginning September of 2009.
