IBM Summit ExPro offers industry-leading training and valuable in-territory experiences over a three-month period to ensure the proper enablement of new-to-IBM, experienced, sales professionals. ExPro introduces you to IBM's consultative sales approach through our unique and innovative, six-week program, Global Sales School, a practical mix of classroom training, e-learning, project simulations, and individual career support to ensure you have the skills, professional network, and tools to be successful. We then provide you with additional training, following Global Sales School, which establishes the big-picture view of IBM, while you are developing in-territory relationships with clients, experienced sales managers, and executive mentors.
