The IBM Summit Experienced Professional Program is focused on bringing the best, experienced talent in client-facing consultative sales and technical sales positions into IBM. The IBM Summit Experienced Professional Program offers industry-leading training and in-territory experiences over a three-month period to ensure the proper enablement of our experienced sales professionals. We introduce our experienced professionals to IBM's consultative sales approach through our unique and innovative six-week IBM Global Sales School. Sales and technical sales professionals benefit from a practical mix of classroom training, e-learning, project simulations and individual career support to ensure that they have the skills and tools to be successful. We provide sales professionals with additional training following IBM Global Sales School that establishes the big-picture view of IBM, while they are developing client relationships through key individual sales management and executive mentors.

How to apply for Summit Experienced Professional opportunities

Summit Experienced Professionals are hired by managers in IBM Sales & Distribution who have job openings. The ExPro program does not recruit for these positions. However, once you find an opportunity in which you are interested, apply, interview, and receive an offer from the hiring manager, you are eligible to participate in the IBM Summit ExPro Program. Be sure to let the hiring manager know you are interested in being a Summit ExPro!

You can find Sales & Distribution job openings at ibm.com/start. On the Job Search page, select "Sales" as the job area and "Americas" as the region. This selection includes Client Reps, Product Specialist sales reps, and IT Specialist sales reps. You will want to look at opportunities in the USA and in 'IBM Sales & Distribution'.

We look forward to having you as part of IBM and the IBM Summit ExPro Program!
