HR Internship Program

IBM’s HR Internship Program is the primary pipeline to be considered for the HR Leadership Development Program. Interns are early professionals from around the world. Internships are intended to challenge participants and advance their leadership and analytical skills through experiential learning.

HR Leadership Development Program

The IBM Human Resources Team is a strategic partner to the business, advancing the company's goals through innovative solutions. HRLDP participants do meaningful work in a range of areas, including compensation, diversity, recruitment, workforce planning, and leadership development. HRLDPers complete three, one-year rotations, including an international opportunity, and have broad exposure to potential career paths through targeted opportunities.
