Job title: Lab Based Services Software/STG Solution Architect/Technical Leader (Beijing)

Job Responsibilities:

CDL(China Development Lab) is as know as one of the biggest IBM development labs. CDL is not only to become an IBM development mission lab, are also building a solution mission lab focusing on the industry solution development. Industry solution is one of focuses in IBM SWG, the solution development team in CSDL lab services is to:

  • Leverage IBM software/hardware to build solution asset according to industry customer requirements
  • Help business(sales) team on the customer engagement
  • Mentor the services team for the solution enablement
  • Deliver the solution with clients/business partners.

Currently, several focused solutions are: RosettaNet/B2B Integration Solutions, Warehouse Management Solutions, RFID Solutions, Retail Solutions, Telecom mobile-Workflow Solutions, HPC, Storage, etc. in various industries, including Banking, Telecom, Retail, Distribution, etc. We are expecting more talent to join our solution development missions in CSDL, help IBM software growth in revenue by our expertise and solution asset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solution architecture design and engagement
  • Lead delivery team during solution design/implementation in lab or customer projects
  • Consult on IBM software/hardware portfolio/solution to customers

Job Responsibilities:

The objective of Lab Based Services is to penetrate to China market by expediting our customers' and partners' success using IBM SWG products. Lab Based Services is made up of a body of highly skilled consultants with broad architectural knowledge and/or deep technical skills, with ready access to CSDL lab software developers and product support personnel.

This job position is to help on the solution development in the lab, engagement or performing services in a customer projects, consulting on IBM SWG software portfolio to customers or act as technical leader in customer project engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Development Manager:

  • Manages a department for finance relevent software product development
  • Acts the Development manager's role, own product development, such as "Development", "Testing", "ID", "Fixpack", "L3".

Project Manager:
