Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a full-time MBA program
- Desire to learn in a dynamic environment; interest in developing skills in general business management and leading significant P&L upon successful program completion
- Demonstrated desire to work across different cultures and geographic boundaries. Agile and adaptable to change
- Minimum of four years relevant work experience and/or relevant industry experience with prior people management experience
- At least 1 year of international or global experience, preferably in a growth market, and proficiency in at least one language beyond English
- Willingness to relocate based on business need over the course of the program. If an international student, potentially to home country.
- Proven leadership experience. Proven ability to inspire and influence others to achieve goals
- Outstanding team player and self-starter with a passion for client service, developing business relationships and solving complex business issues
- Proven experience developing innovative solutions. Ability to drive new ideas and lead with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in a long term career at IBM
