Participants will take advantage of accelerated career opportunities across the business; building the foundation for senior leadership, benefit from IBM's world-class leadership development programs, annual learning and networking experiences and receive one-on-one coaching and mentoring by senior IBM executives. The program consists of three assignments over the course of 3 years, including at least one international assignment to gain first-hand knowledge and understanding of IBM's global organization and operation as a globally integrated enterprise. Additionally, a participant's position at the conclusion of the program is expected to be in a growth market
Executive Mentoring: The program offers the unique opportunity to have access to one-on-one mentoring from key senior executives. Each program participant will be mentored by a member of IBM's Performance Team for the duration of the program. The Performance Team is a critical subset of IBM's Integration & Values Team (I&VT), responsible collectively for IBM's Performance. The I&VT is comprised of top Executive leaders who actively lead integration efforts across the company to improve IBM's effectiveness, efficiencies and growth. In addition, all participants will be assigned to a General Manager-level mentor from the business unit that aligns with each rotation of the program.
